    Volunteers are the backbone of SPOT. We are constantly looking for volunteers who have the passion, drive and professionalism while supporting our efforts developing communities.

    Volunteer Criteria

    • Sincere, enthusiastic, dedicated, have a sense of humour and a drive to succeed

    • A passion for community development

    • Demonstrated ability to work well with children and people of diverse backgrounds

    • Must be able to easily travel to, within and around a variety of locations

    • 18 years and above

    • No criminal history

    Volunteer Commitment

    • Attend SPOT Train-the-Trainer Course

    • Volunteer for at least two complete 10-hour PuberTeen Talk programmes

    2. Train with us

    Our volunteers are required to complete the SPOT ToT Course.


    3. Complete commitment


    Volunteers trained are expected to commit certain dates to complete the 10-hour programs.

    4. Attend the SPOT Volunteer Appreciation Day
